You guys will get a few bumps when I see you! Gotta laugh at the bumping because, to be honest, I was kinda hoping this thread would fade off the board. Those photos were posted on my photography site and never intended for Getbig. I know I am carrying some fat. It is not that easy to lose. As one gets older the muscle goes before the fat.

The guy who posted that photo with my mum crossed the line of decency. Family shouldn't be posted here at Getbig.

People here think they win when they can embarrass someone. I don't consider myself as fat. I was watching the strong men compete the other day and several of them were fatter than me. No one would call them fat.

Getting back to the topic at hand I think too many here are way too simplistic about fat people. There are books out about how the body reacts against dieting by making one hungry. There is an anti-starvation mode and fat people have been telling us for years that dieting can result in making them fatter. Bodybuilders don't believe this but what would they know? The evidence is out there.

Hey, give me your best shot, guys. This forum is good for cocky people. You lads bring everyone back to reality. Maybe I should try to get into shape again? It isn't that easy to lose fat. Having a goal or a contest is the best way to keep training. Otherwise, it is easier to put things off. I admire anyone who can stay in shape year round year after year. That isn't easy.

I used to shave my legs in the summer to encourage me to train legs more. As I got older I started to grow more hair on my body and less on my head. You guys don't know what is coming your way. Ageing sucks.

I still train from time to time. I need some motivation to stick to it. As a gym owner there is always something to do around the gym or talk to someone about training. Plus, I have a factory where I design and make my own gym equipment. Training is not that high on my list of things that is important. I always needed some challenge or motive to train hard and consistently. Maybe that guy who is the state of the art in human evolution can challenge me to a contest? That would be fun to whip him on stage.
