this whole obesity thing is mostly in america, i've worked with people from europe and they say they dont really have it over there. the reason they say is mostly americans dont do anything for exercise and partially the amounts of food we consume in one sitting the small coke at McD's is a large over there.

i am very sensitive to that, too.

I had one phase bulking a few years ago, when i felt i was gaining to much fat. I was way from fat then, but when a friend said 'hey you gained some weight' i decided never to bulk again.
I cycle carbs and manage to gain muscle without gaining fat pretty good.

To me, as a natural, it's way better to stay goodlooking all year round, not get fat for 7 month, cut for 3 and look good for two, like most guys in my gym do.

i don't get the 'constantly bulking' guys either.

I swear to god. I was just at the grocery store last night and I saw two seperate fatasses riding around in those things.  Apparently, the store provides them now.  These weren't wheelchair-bound disabled people, but lazy fatasses who walked into the store, and grabbed one of these things because apparently it's too much effort to walk around the store for fifteen minutes.

Fat people will never help you when you're in trouble. Have you ever seen someone fat help a young mother with the babycart on a staircase, fat people helping someone chage a tire on their cars, fat people coming up and explaining a ticket vending machine??

You won't see it, because fat people are either not able to help because of their sheer bodymass and their unability to move properly or they are too insecure to talk to strangers.
Fat people do nothing except eating in public. In trains, cinemas, taxis, libraries, they eat wherever they go and annoy the hell out of people.
