It's about 1/4 mile from my house to the 7-11, so the segway comes in handy when I want to get a fast snack or drink during work hours. Traffic is too much of a headache to bother driving that short of a distance. 

First things first:  What the hell are you doing buying your food from a 7-11?  They sell nothing even remotely  healthy there.  Anything edible you can purchase from a 7-11 is, by definition, lardass-producing and should never be eaten by anyone, especially you.

Next, It's only 1/4 mile!  Ever hear of walking?

Dood chill. I figure full disclosure is better than lying about my habits. Maybe I'll be able to find a trend and/or specific methodology that will help me modify my current regimine.

You've been on Getbig a long time.  If you've paid any attention at all, you should already know how to lose fat.  If you don't, there are dozens of people here who I am sure would be willing to instruct you.

You don't need to "search for trends" or devise "methodologies", you need to get up off your lazy lard ass and just make a commitment and do it. That's what getting in shape always has and always will come down to.

I lost all remorse fot these fat idiots when i read the forceffeder/fatass forum.

These people who told each other to drink cream instead of water to get fatter and to go to the gym and get lessons but do nothing to get the insurance happy and the social problems undone, like 'well at least he's trying to get slim'.

Fuck it, even IF fat people workout, i will not respect them anymore. I will respect NO fat person, unless he's gotten slim.

I hete these fat fucks, they are polluting the social environment, like i said.

Garraeth, if you want some [fairly obvious] diet advice, PM me.  I'm not a pro trainer, I won't charge you, and I'll probably just be telling you shit you already know.  I won't bash you since I'll respect REAL EFFORT that people put forth, no matter what their current condition.

If you're as fat as this thread indicates, you've got to wake up man!  Refusing to walk 1/4 mile to get food you shouldn't be eating anyway?  Find some motivation dude!

my 2 cents:

I agree it is sickiening, these people are really sick.
And, as an ex-fat person I gotta say morbidly obese people are also people in so much pain.

The fat is just a massive wall to protect themselves from dealing with the real issues.

Let me speak for myself here. I used to 280 plus pounds (currently at 175lbs) and let me tell you, I WAS FUCKING miserable. However, while I was in the thick of the fat I had no clarity as to what I was doing to myself--I was just so numbed out from all the food I was consuming. I was caught-up in a vicious self destructive cycle of binging my brains out and then feeling shitty about myself. Long story short it became how I responded to pain in my life and it was how I dealt with my history. Today I know better.

Listen, I'm not justifying destructive eating behaviors, all I'm saying is it's not really about the food, it goes way deeper than that, it's a symptom of a deeper issue. Just trying to bring some compassion to the issue. My 2 cents...

I am arguing that unless you can share the experiences of others you shouldn't judge them. We in bodybuilding have always had to overcome the musclehead stereotype. I have been campaigning for years to no avail. The public still doesn't accept that some bodybuilders can be intelligent.

If we are not accepted should we then knock others who do not share our beliefs and lifestyle?

In public, I am more embarassed being seen with bodybuilders than I am with being seen with a fat person.  What does this say about society? or me, for that fact.

Oh, by the way, i have a nice story about fatasses from today.

I tried to buy a suit for my wedding this summer, but could not find one.

My back is too wide and my hips and waist is too narrow for a suit from the shelf.
The guy in the store said to me:"Well, you have to get fatter, than it would fit", and a fat woman who was shopping there also said to me:"I can give you some of mine, haha". I just said no thanks, because my fiancee and my mom were also there.

Hell, what is this? all suit are shaped in a straight cut, so that fat people can hide their guts or slim people look like they have broad shoulders, but if you bring the pack, you won't find something that fits? This sucks. 

Will have to get something tailormade.

Exactly.  There are so many fatasses in western society, most off-the-rack clothing is designed for them.  And it's far worse now than it was 10 or 15 years ago, which shows you just what direction society is headed.

You can also usually find clothes if you're slim and have no muscle, but if you have a decent build and low body fat, forget it!

Yeah Donkey go for tailor made, its the only way to wear a suit...at work yesterday one of the fat girls was in the staff room, eating hot chips and in between bites snacking on a biscuit, i told her " You really a fat turd" and she laughed at me....to her that was a compliment...i will be pushing for her dismissal.
