What is a hoot is how many of you sad guys get so bothered by seeing fat people. They must spoil every outing and every meal at a cafe. That makes me laugh to think fat people can get so many bawdybuilders upset.

One or two posts were funny. Goatboy's post about Hilter rounding up the wrong people made me smile. Then you guys tried to help Garraeth get motivated. Keep up the good work. Now so sure selling a Sedway is a good idea. It is easy to say one will do stuff like that but there is no way you dispose of things that make your life easier.

Not much wit or good sense shown in this thread which is par for you blokes. At least you have an outlet for all that pent up hostility and being angry that you are all so ordinary.

Keith and I are just a tad on the bulky side. Nothing to worry about. Just some off-season cobwebs that are easy to dispose of.

In the meantime I continue to train. This weekend I did athletics and won three events in my age group. I can tell you bodybuilding is easier than field events. My body is almost a wreck from all that throwing.
