Yes, the abject nature of fatness has been around since ancient Greek times when Socrates and Plato argued that the mind is superior to the body. Plato went around Athens collecting and burning copies of Democritus' books. There are none that survived. Plato's thoughts can be seen in Christianity and that influence probably led to the dark ages. If Democritus has been embraced then the world might have experienced a scientific and industrial revolution perhaps 1000 years earlier. It is my conjecture that minds do not exist separately from the body. All mental activity can be reduced to brain processes. Thus, there is only body, afterall. Who would have thought that ideas and values were material things?

It is easy to trace the origins of hatred of the material body. It runs parallel with the rise of religions in most places on earth. It is hardly surprising that the unenlightened on Getbig regurgitate those values through attitudes and feelings. This surely is evidence that stamps the assembly as primitive in thought, manner and appearance. To survive with a sense of justice and fair play is like running the gauntlet among barbarians who have no consideration for the finer things in life. We read the outbursts of rather angry and undisciplined wannabes who display a lack of morality and anything else that would elevate them beyond the dark shadows that they resemble.
Bodybuilders in general, and especially (formerly) competitive bodybuilders like yourself, do not hate the body. In fact quite the opposite: you are an idolator worshipping your own body. Is that because bbers hate their original body? Quite possibly. You hated your own body before you started lifting weights, Vince?
There can be no salvation while inhabiting this sordid place because the consensus is rather barren of anything that one could call excellent. In its place is an ungodly din created by the clanging brains of decaying brain cells caused by the endless jarring of dumbbells clanging in tempo with their simple existence.

From such a shallow lot is it any wonder that they insist that others must be inferior to them? Ah, why not target fat people, they think? Surely musclemen are superior to obese people? Well, that is just a pipe dream. The truth is no one is superior to anyone else. This is actually a valid topic for a discussion on absolute vs. relative morality. I'm afraid, however, that when faced with arguments you will again fail to address or even acknowledge them.
New champions of ignorance appear full of confidence and depart with their cowardly tails between their legs. They cannot defeat the truth with lies and name-calling. The biggest shame of all is that most of these heroes cannot read more than two sentences without becoming confused. They then attack the messenger instead of seeing the defect in themselves. They look around and see everyone nodding and believe they are among friends. What a sorry conclusion that is. The jackals will soon tear each other apart for there is no honour among thickheads and bodybuilders.
