I read another study yesterday, where it is stated that overweight people get less money for the same work as normal weight people and are likely to be overviewed on pay-raises.

I agree, but they don't have the right to talk shit, or bash competitors who are almost pro. If they are NOT into bodybuilding then they need to go elsewhere.
