I have a big guy in my gym and no one calls him fat. That is respect. So, levels of fatness are rather relative to what you are doing and trying to achieve. Why on earth should anyone be judged by bodybuilding competition standards if that is not his goal?

What amuses me is that Getyourgoatboy and Donkeyhead and others don't actually exist. They are just virtual stooges on the internet. I play with them because it amuses me to see them lose the plot. I forge ahead while they disintegrate into a pile of inconsequential verbiage.

I worry about nonentities like Debussey. What a sordid existence he leads. He meekly battles on with pick and shovel when others are using power tools. What a simple individual. He, too, has no existence so conversing with him is participating in a weird kind of insanity. No wonder he cheers up when someone notices him. His usual play is to hurl insults and profanity in the hope that someone will feel sorry for him and recognize how lonely he is.

Can anyone imagine a get-together with these characters? It would be half lonely hearts club and half eccentric weirdos.

At least the dullards here have embraced the concept of safety fat and it means they are capable of some oblique education.

I don't see a lack of willpower if you bust your ass in the gym four times a week and have a food regimen, even if you stay as small as TA.

It's better than eating shit, getting fat and diabetic and dying of a heart failure.

These same people who are so called "experts" at diets (the obese), to a man all are looking for the "magic pill" to lose the weight.

There's a guy in my gym who this morning disclosed that he had the gastric bypass surgery about two years ago and as a result lost over 100lbs. Guess what? He gained it ALL back. He figured he could go on eating all the italian food he could, along with whatever he ate beforehand, because "the surgery would keep it off".

Delusional, or a victim of the obesity boogeyman Vince insists exists in more fat folks than not?
