it's very true unfortunately, well for me. Xerxes I'm to dieting down, I will partake in xmas eve and xmas dinner feasts, but I vowed to be marathon weight by Jan 3.

I myself am also participating in christmas dinners but my portions are going to be reasonable to not exceed a certain calorie limit..

either I was oblivious or didn't see the prejudice except once. Apparently I cut some idiot off on the road while heading into a convience store (probably to get chips and ice cream I'm sure). He pulled up next to me, when I got out, he goes you fat dyke, I can see why you drive like shit looking at you. It hurt my feelings of course, like I needed some dipwad telling me I was fat. I used to shovel onion rings and all other junk food into my yap thinking, I'm so big and so on but it didn't stop me from shoveling junk food down my throat.

Nope, one cold winter sunday, I joined weight watchers and the gym, and went all out since then. Many things Xerxes was my breaking point. I basically reached my "a ha" moment is all. But HONESTLY it's the people that keep it off I give kudos too. I think maintaining is much harder than loosing

Nice!  I'll be hitting up Pattaya next year.  I was in Patong, Kata Karon, Ko Samui, Ko Phi Phi, Krabi, Bangkok, and Chiang Mai.  I'm planning on hitting up Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam next summer.
