I'm up 3lbs from the start of the week...I was 164, and now it's 167//the 170 was evening weight, so it was mostly water and food...true weight is 164 and prb. 10%...
I got the gist....bout to have my eggs n oats n english muffin......this dude said bananas and bread wee two of the worst foods unless its postowrkout....I want bread and tst in my first meal AND psot workout like the diet statess...same with the banana,,,,,,you;d do both, right? Goal is to stay lean as possible, why would I have to nix thse foods?
