Time to torture yourself with the diet now...next 2 weeks? Lots of white meat(turkey tenderloins, tilapia) and very moderate greens(broccoli, salads, green beans). I'd also have a little bit of FLAX oil with every meal.
I'd be cutting out your protein shakes now if you use any. Absolutley NO bars.
I'd be doing 45-60 minutes of cardio every morning up to 3 DAYS OUT. Use the STAIR MILL or high incline treadmill.
Maybe even 20-30 minutes of very mild cardio in the evening. NO 'fat burners' now. They stress the body out too much this close to the show which causes muscle loss.
Pop BCAA's and glutamine before, after cardio and your weight training.
NO leg workouts 7-9 days before the show.
