  I know guys who drink a few beers and blow up like balloons. I drive past 'Currency Exchange' next to 'Al's Liquor Store' and see negroes standing in front w/ their '40's' of Colt-45 in the summer, no shirts on RIPPED TO THE BONE looking 2 weeks out from a show.

 I have one sister that eats very healthy and is kind of chunky. I have another sister who eats probably MORE than I do and drink beer all weekend and soda all day long and garbage and is very very rail-thin and petite.

 Wait...maybe TA is right?!?

don't square your shoulders with your hips & don't stand directly "square" in front of the judge. 

You got hips...nothing wrong with it...but we're talking about creating an illusion.  Especially what you're competing for....you want to create a smaller shoulder/hip/waist ratio

 Keep your HEELS together and point your toes at 10 and 2. Slighty bend the knees and lean 10 degrees forward as the judges sit BELOW you slightly.

 Lats flared when you stand front-relaxed. SMILE as bright and as much as you can.

 I like what you did to your hair. 'Jessica Paxon' style. Classic platinum blonde. With your color on...it's accentuate your hair and you'll stand out more.

 I would probably stop all leg training now at this point. Maybe just the StairMILL as much as possible now.

They range.  Mine cost about $250 each (1-piece & 2-piece).  You have to wear regulation suits (you don't necessarily have to have the stones, but if you didn't...you would be the only one without them) And no, you cannot wear them to swim in.   In womens bodybuilding the pre-judging suit is always a 2-piece and has no stones on it, but the night show suit does.
