there is nothing hotter than a woman over 30 that is in good shape. There is a certain level of sexuality that is implied that the younger ones can't match

unfortunately I see so many of them carry extra fat around the mid section, droopy tits and cottage cheese thighs. This should serve as motivation.

I was a gymnast for years. But being in multiple car accidents has wrenched my back/neck and I'm not able to tumble and flip as I could prior to. But thanks for your utmost concern Pollux.

I have one of those already. They are great when we go for our walks at night and Rocky decides he is done walking but we are not. lol He looks so funny in it. It is for a small dog, but he is still too small for it. I have to block the bottom holes with a towel and he stands in it.

and that's what we do. We take him out on our 2 mile cardio walk. Can you believe that 99% of the time he does it. He walks (fast) 2 miles....and loves it!
