oh, it's too easy. Here's how I do it. I go into the gym load up the weight, and start. Once I get to about 15 reps or so I put the wieght down, unload it and go home. Then whenever I feel lke it I do deads again. over the course of time I'll hit way more than 150 reps!!!

I never SAID it was one set, it's all about semantics and playing with the rules.

Does anyone else want to pledge a $100 of their own? You don't have to actually paypal the money or anything... Adonis has already shown bad faith in that regard and the onus is now on HIM to put money up first.

Come on guys, we need this thread to be a sticky with Adonis explaining why it isn't worth his while videoing himself for a $1,000...

Magoo put up the money, I commited to putting up my money as soon as Adonis matched Magoo's, Adonis simply posted under his Heckler; Buttonman; Count Grishnack etc accounts till Magoo's time limit ran out...
Adonis then came back online and THREE times claimed he would post the video regardless of the bet.

And we're still waiting...
