training without sleep in a 48 hour time period (working 5-8 hour days also) requires massive amount of food for energy and even more to stay awake , you find food digests even faster.
this is a great method i like to use lets say if i stay out late and have some good weed, im not really gonna want to go to bed cause im so high so i pig the fuck out stay up all night eating / jacking off for fun ect more eating ect , since my gym is open 24 hours a day i can hit up a LONG workout I can take my time between sets so i dont gass out to fast, i always carry some sort of food , cakes, doughnuts, soda quick energy stuff to keep me going all through the early morning hours.3-4 hour workout or so
work a 5 -7 hour day , painting carpentry cleaning stuff , if i have more herb ill smoke it and hit the gym again maybe 2-3 hours or whatever, sleep that night maybe 10-11 hours
next night sleep 10 hours or so
then regular 8 hours
maybe a few days later hit up the 48 hour thing and do it all over..
A WARRIOR NEVER TURNS DOWN FOOD IN FEARS OF GETTING FAT, AND A WARRIOR NEVER SLEEPS WHEN BATTLE HAS BEGUN. Im sure in old times they may have stayed up for days fighting a constant battle.... weed definitly helps with this , i could probably do it sober but its ALOT more fun and delerious when you are high. especially at the 48 hour mark with no sleep you see trails
