Luke has been in shape for about three years straight,hes burned himself out, whether he can recover, i doubt it, but hope that he can, i just hope his health is okay.

Luke simply doesn't have the genetics to become a 1st tier pro.His structure and muscle bellies are not to be compared with the likes of Freeman,Heath, Dexter, Vic and so on...Even Silvio Samuel is a lot better structure-wise.Nice guy though, but he needs to be realistic in his chances to become really succesful.

better to get out now, get a superannuation fund going, establish a business..whatever...

none of us would be saying this to lee priest..

Ive posted before and its no secret i was very ill leading into these shows with a bad flu. So i will not go over that again! think whatever there! ::)

As for my job! ive said it before! i am a personal trainer in Sydney, i also get competitors ready contest, doing consulting over the internet also. I also have a contract with 6 star Muscle Fuel. So this is my BUSINESS and INCOME!

Luke has achieved alot, but virtually none of it is due to presenting a ''pretty'' package. size wins every time until you mix it with guys that have the size you have...then you see who's the best...

there are genes and there are genes...some allow muscle mass, others discipline, others muscle shape...you get a mix of them. without all three you dont win Mr.O. With 2 of them you dont place top 6 in the O unless you are a freak.

lets be realistic instead of trying to find a parking space up Luke's butt shall we?...or maybe it hits close to home for some?

theres nothing wrong with backing off and taking out the Mr. Nationals competition every year is there and also fitting in a more balanced lifestyle?
