Input on cutting and staying tonned
« on: March 03, 2007, 01:41:13 PM »
Now I was just curious if any members had tips for cutting in a short period of time, right now I'm 230lbs 6' tall don't know body fat content but I have a solid frame benching 315 squating 405 dead lift 405 now I want to refine my workout take some supps and lose about 20 lbs while keeping my size hoping to ackomplish this in 3 months. Now I was thinking about animal stack multivitamis, glucosamine sulphate because I get sore joints, fish seed oil anything else natural that anyone can suggest would be great I even wouldn't mind hearing about steroid use I could look into into achieving my goal. or any supplements for that matter I'm going to cut my daily calorie intake to 2500 and up my cardio for sure but if any of you have had any luck doing anything special do let me know! thanks

u have to find the best calorie range to lose wight but not so low where it makes u drop to much. i would also continue training heavy which would help u keep muscle. 9 weeks for me is a long time but that sounds good try for 15 pounds. i would definatly sugest

Keep a calorific deficit, with 30mins cardio each morning, 5 days a week.  Alter cardio according to results.

As for supplements, there are 101 different things on the market.  Caffeine, green tea, ECA stacks, etc.  If you don't mind going down the less legal route, try some Clenbuterol or T3's.

This sounds spot on.  Good ole caffeine should help as well.

Almos the same advice-cardio 6 days a week, minimum 1/2 hour or more. Ab work on a regular basis.

Thanks for the tips, I've already begun the cardio before eating in the mornings and caffeine I think I'll start to help me keep my energy up because generally I feel drained when I take my calories down.
