im doing seated shoulder presses with the 100s, super setted with standing lateral raises, for 4 sets of 10 reps each. im pausing the ten rep of the presses, and its as easy as most people using a set of 30 pounders. i dont go much higher, as its too risky to get the 125s in position. is anybody else doing this kind of weight? im 50, 5/11 and 250. heres me and jimmy the bull from the 2006 olympia.
my Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 100 pound db's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you're sooooo strong, do you drink a lot of milk?

im clean you pricks. lots of metrex, lots of food, really starting to like bsn no explode nixtx drink.

i will be at the olympia in las vegas, drinking rolling rock beer, and wearing the same full contact shirt. anything you want to say, say it to my face!!!

(if you go to the olympia this year, the hot tip is to get in the parking lot early, and get a good close spot. i have rolling rocks in a ice chest chest, and just kept going out to my car to drop off another bag of goodies, and had a fucking beer. i would just put another beer in my pocket as i went back into the expo, and i have to say, i had the time of my life. checking out the hotties, getting t-shirts, and getting drunk.)
hahahahahahahahah, listen to this skinny clown, how old are you? you talk as if you're 24 and 310 pounds of ripped muscle but the picture shows a guy in his early 50's, 5'8" 185 pounds, you're a joke.

and epic "trying to hide pain by doing most muscular pose" at the end.

hahahahahaha, this guy is a dream come true, good for months worth of comedy, i love the way he does his "neck raises", he literally raises his whole upper body to move the weight, hahahahaha, can you imagine how sad the clowns who follow this guy around are?
