Because unlike some of the yaahoo's on here, I don't exactly make it a habit of taking my shirt of when I walk into a gym, I even wear baggy clothes when I train, besides, those pics with my shirt on, I'm about 235!

that palumbo diet is exelent prep diet,,but you better have some mass on you,,because if you start it at 170lb 5'11 and think you will be 165lb of pure mean lean muscle you are wrong and will be dissapointed

this diet is FOR BODYBUILDERS AND LIFTERS THAT BEEN AT IT FOR SOME TIME WITH ENOUGH MUSCLE MASS ON THEM SO THEY CAN REALLY GET RIPPED (drugs in full thrust ofcourse)

oh and palumbo is 5'7 and a half.
