8:30am Turkey Tenderloins w/ spinich and little bit of green beans, couple Omega/Flax/FishOil caps.
11:00am Chicken breast w/ 1/2 cup of raw almonds.
2:30 2 scoops of Isopure in water w/ 2-3 teaspoons of natural peanut butter
5:00pm Turkey tenderloins or chicken breast(s) w/ spinich and few Omeag/flax caps.
Train
Post workout: 3 scoops of Isopure in blender w/ 20oz of water and 2 table spoons of natural ALMOND butter
10:00pm 2 Talapia fillets w/ spinich and 2-3 Omega/Fish/Flax caps.
Eat like that 7 days a week but pick ONE day...mid week like Wednesday or Sunday and have a CHEAT MEAL. You may think you'll splurge and go crazy but you will find that your stomach has shrunken. One cheat MEAL. Have a few platters of sushi...have a double cheeseburger from Wendys w/ large fries. A couple pieces of pizza w/ some steak and ice cream. Whatever.
You'll also notice that your shiznit is very pastey and soft. FYI...
