 On the LOCAL level. It started out a couple of years ago I got this girl in shape for a FIG show and she told a friend about me who was doing a show...then it escalated.

 Now I have a middleweight(BB) for JRNats, 1 BB girl for JRNats and 1 FIG for Illinois State.

   It's fun. I feel like I'm competing with them and I place where they 'place'.

 I used to do it for FREE but now I find it to be my favorite way to supplement my income. After what happened to me last week in traffic court? THAT will no more be my 'side hustle'.

Due to the lack of adequate carbs I would certainly not call this a "performance" diet.  Palumbo diet, yes.  Palumbo Performance diet, no way.
