Yes that was sad, I actually pm'ed him and told him I thought he looked pretty good and well conditioned but I take it all back after that nuclear meltdown he had in the weeks after the contest. It's even worse that he meltsdown about it even now and attempts to make a weak insult to stray attention away from yet another owning placed upon him.

Where does a pro bodybuilder get off entering a amatuer contest to win a few jugs of protein powder. How hard up can he be?  Obviously being a Pro bodybuider has nothing to do with honor. Phoun is a pro on the NATURAL bodybuilding level. In other words and amatuer at the drug tested level......what I really liked about the meltdown was when an earlier questioned was posed about which nationality had the worst genetics for bodybuilding, Adam said ASIANS did, yet he was beat by one.......irony at it's best.

Only one who can't afford a few tubs of protein powder and gift certificate for bee pollen. Doesn't this guy have a job? Im not crazy about Adonis's antics here but you have to admit he put a lot of heart into the competition and the only reason why it was a success and the reason why there will be another one.  And although the wig was allowed it was a poor choice, after peoples negative reaction to his foolish picture in MD, Steve Blechman noted that we underestimated ourselves. Lets not do that again.

Wrong on both counts. Going by your logic, Adonis should have won because he put a lot into it? The Contest wasn't like The Apprentice - it was a bodybuilding contest where nothing else matters, not social skills, not race, not age but just what they look like, plain and simple. Whateva's physique beat Adonis' mangled wreck easy.

And two, there's no way in hell DW is going to even place in the top 3 of the Mr Getbig this year, natural or otherwise. The SQUAD might clean up the top 5 spots. No shit

Remember the contest isn't a democratic one. You should be sure to give the judges/owners of the contests some kind of power to eliminate anyone they think isn't following good sportsmanship. There will always be some tool that will undermine the rules no matter how many you write.

dude, name ONE other aspect in life where you get bonus points because you "tried really hard". in any competition someone can half-ass it and still win even if someone inferior busts his ass for it. he put his all into the contest, it just so happens his all looks like a coma patient that got hit in the face with a rake.
