Indeed... i actually find eating junk motivational before a workout because i have a fear of it sticking on me so my work outs become very fast paced and intense. Besides if you have any extra calories you can always burn them off doing something.

Clean food will still taste good if you can cook.  I don't understand why people eat plain rice or plain chicken breast when even a simple marinade would flavour the chicken without adding many calories.

And you work out for what, 3 hours? I've been in the gym as long as 2 hours without crashing. Yeah when i get home and im done with cardio i crash but who cares when im home. I got nothing to do for the rest of the day other then school work, keeping up the apt, and posting on getbig.


Also that whole thing about crashing is bullshit. I work out twice a day and do cardio on 1600 calories and have plenty of energy. Total nonsense. You are mentally weak if you cannot do these things.

You just finished mentioning you crash after your workout but now your saying crashing is all bullshit. Which is it, Buttplug?

Those read high and are innaccurate as they are not individualized.

My formula is based totally on individual performance and their own trends.  Totally individualized.

So you make the subject eat 2000 cals a day.  If he doesn't lose weight, drop him to 1900.  If he still doesn't lose weight, drop him to 1800.  And on and on and on.  When he finally loses weight, you give him a random number slightly lower still, telling him that's what the formula came out with.

Eating poorly is only one of two things.

1. Overeating causing obesity
2. not meeting minimum nutritional needs.

The latter is not feasible.  ALL AMERICANS are meeting these needs as is anyone who eats regularly.

Weight – I started at 222lbs and in thirty days I dropped 8lbs of “body fat”, ending the thirty days at 214lbs.
Blood Pressure - I started at 111/71, a bit low, and ended the thirty days at 121/81 which is optimal.
