The last bodybuilding myth I heard was the one about the guy who claimed he could deadlift 225 lbs 112 times....The Luke
And his work and training is ALOT harder and demanding than anything a bodybuilder will EVER do.
It's comparing apples to oranges, could Coleman pull off an iron cross? Doubt it.
Another Bodybuilding myth is that it is painful to be 3 and 4 percent bodyfat. It is not. I operate perfectly as does this guy.Do you think he has any problem doing what he does at 3-4 percent Bodyfat? No. And his work and training is ALOT harder and demanding than anything a bodybuilder will EVER do.
It's "painful"??Never heard it in my 28 years in the biz.......sounds like you just made it up.
I believe TA, I mean it isn't like he has a bad rep around here or something. hell, I did 225 for 125 reps with one hand..it just so happens that my camera batteries died and there was no one at the gym to confirm it.
I'm not certain it's even possible. Assuming for a second you're talking about using calipers they wouldn't compensate for intraabdominal fat, myelin and a lot of other places fat gets stored. Not sure what level fat levels can fall to that would interfere with proper physiology without overstressing the liver or destroying muscle. Guy did have great back definition but I really doubt that's 3% bf.
considering that bodybuilders generally only maintain that low bf for extremely short periods of time, it's highly doubtful a gymnast (or anyone else) would just sit around there all the time.
They do.Read up on Ivan Ivankov.
hey adonis you know what will get you even more attention then begging for it ..... if you kill yourself everyone will take notice of you ........ so hurry up and do it
