2 a days???

i'm wondering since i've gotta work most of the day tommorow if i should go ahead and do my back workout tonight. throw in an extra protein shake and depend on my genetics. or is it more advisible to wake up at 6a.m. be to the gym by 7 out by 8:30 or so? i'm not sure what to do. advice plz?
