Not really. Dumb people like most are the one's who believe everything they are told without question, mainly shown in religous groups. It seems on this site, many follow the scientific method and want a good amount of evidence before subscribing to a new innovative idea.

I am 19 years old and am going to do a degree in microbiology with hopes of attending medical school to become a cardiac surgeon. I am currently in my second year at u of manitoba.

well, he can google things fairly quickly, if that's close enough for you.

unfortunately, he can offer little to no evidence that all of those words amount to anything more than the bandwidth they waste. he claims to have radical principles, but all he has is a 145 pound stringy "physique", while a guy like layne norton who advocates both cardio and an extremely clean diet is twice his size and far more shredded on stage.

Layne will tell you food are not clean or dirty.

Adonis, It is my understanding that you are coaching some people right now on your program? You should get those published in nutritional journals. You do agree that eating certain foods is better then others right? in terms of anti-oxidants and phytochemicals.

Wine is about the best. I always recommend it.

The most important thing to avoid is overeating. THAT is the WORST thing anyone can do. A caloric range of 2000-2900 provides the basis for all the Nutrients one will need.
