Your theory states he should be eating ALL CLEAN FOOD . He doesn't. He eats a lot of 'empty calories' and he's arguably the Top Strenth Athlete in the world.
Again, when your on gear, you can get away with more than most people, but at the same time, there are certain times when "junk" is allowable, I don't agree with meal plan, just because he states what he eats does not mean it's correct!
