The chruncy natural stuff with no salt or sugar added is awsome on any diet, but you ruin it if you put it on carby, sugery bread, I mix it then refrigerate it and eat it straight from the jar. You can get shredded eating PB, not just for bulk diets. Just have to watch the amounts cause it is very calorie dense. When getting fat I have been know to eat a jar a day! about 3500-4000 cals in a jar
