He would cut down to 205 and still be at 18.5". That's being in the 99th percentiles of all naturals.


He's also an owning machine.  8)

How wrong ! if he lost 20 lbs he would lose 1.5/2 inches off the arms - they would be 17 inches maybe 17.5

The thing is, you're going to be a skinny turd with nothing more than a 6 pack and 9" arms all your life. I'm going to be big and muscular. In other words, in street clothes, I'll look like an offseason bodybuilder while you'll look like a skinny guy with no muscle ;D

I didnt know that you have very good amount of muscle. I dont know about your lower body, but your upper body is in the level of competition. Of course, you must trim down.I Hope you learn very good diet for you. How old are you?

Thanks mate. I'm 30, just over 5'8" and am about 14% BF. I'm a lifetime natural who's thinking of competing late this year for the first time.

I've actually done it once before. Took me about 10 weeks to get down to about 9% bodyfat, at which point I was showing crazy separation and vascularity. That was about 5 - 6 years ago. I'm way bigger, mature and separated now 8)

Correct. Hard as a rock is difficult. But just trimming down is easy.

For some yes, but for most no - who can't gain 10 lbs in a year (muscle/fat) ?

gaining 10 lbs of muscle naturally in a year is damn near impossible unless its your first or second year training, and gaining that takes extreme dedication. after that it tapers down to  like 1-2lbs a year maximum. 

there's a reason why guys who compete (natural or unnatural) take 3-4 months to diet into contest shape, yet the muscle they do have took many years to achieve.  building muscle is much harder
