squats, leg presses, hack squats, stiff-legged deadlifts, dumbell leg curls, and lunges put on hamstring mass.machine leg curls may strengthen the knee joint, but they dont seem to do anything for the leg biceps
I agree, i think leg curls/extensions are more for the shaping of the muscles. i wish that there was more of a free weights for hams..
what do you guys think about using the high press on the leg press ??
