and already matching my conditioning for the mr. getbig (wich aint all that) plus i have around 6-8 more pounds of muscle too!
i think i was doing it semi wrong before when dieting, i was eating far too little and doing cardio
i would do cardio for one hour sweating alot more than i do now with just weights. and i was only getting around 1000-1400 calories a day but i wasnt consistent and would many times smoke alot of weed and end up eating 5000. so basically i was eating too little for the amount of cardio i was doing and on days i smoked i ate too much
so now i have been eating around 1500 calories maybe more or less but doing only weights, for muscle building not really calorie burning, so im sweating alot less too. so i think im eating just the right amount of food this time, not to little where metabolism slowls and metldown and end up binge eating.
