I disagree, he doesn't have this "All American Look", which is, as TA would put it, a myth. There is no "American" look. Secondly, He does have muscle (as everyone does) but not trained muscle. If he shed fat and water, he'd look skinny and athletic, that is all. He doesn't have the muscle size to look like anything else.

for me the american look is that dude from american pie stifler,,and i think tweeter has the all american look but this is my opinion,,in any case it has nothing to do with this thread,,

he doesnt have enough mass for bodybuilding right now,,and i didnt say he can do the usa,,what i did say is that he can be 165lb and look cut and somewhat thick and dense if he aimed at it,,or as you call it athletic,,i do not consider tweeter to be skinny or to ever be able to be skinny ,, his genetics dont go skinny,,trust me,,90% of american guys cant and wont look skinny and the reason is too much to write here but its mainnly genetic heritage

Yeah, okay I see what you're saying.

In all actuality, your 90% statistic is a little off, at least in the area that I grew up in. About 20% of kids were "overweight" and the rest were normal or skinny.

Do you realize that he has done the "Bodybuilder Diet" MANY times before. His results were alot slower and he was a little smaller than now?

Then there are two things I would say to you.

1. You need to continue lifting progessively. This means a basic exercise routing of one bodypart/week, with 4 sets of 10-12 every excercise, each set moving up in weight.

2. You may just lack the structure/genetics to look like anything special. I've been lifting for 2 years seriously clean; the last time I looked like you was in high school.

i do not believe it,and if he did judging by his before and current progress he did not a)follow a full 4-6 meal's of protein with at least 30 to 40 gram's serving.B) understand carb's from simple to starchy and grain's and how to measure and utilize them to his benefit.c)training was not hard enough or consistent and balanced to get full benefit of a true so called bbing diet.d)he has a i look big in clothes but when i take off shirt all change's.he can pull it off but not on anything remote to those absurd principle's.on the long haul his genetic's will dictate if this is right for him.good luck DARTH ADONIS.
