all power to you for at least trying more than most people seem to do, your routine looks a bit poor, the diet many people have commented on so i leave you to look at that and decieded what you feels best for you.add some dead lifts on your back day and with all of them worry about form first and weight second, if you can do that much for your biceps after a doing your current back work out then your simply not training your back hard or fast enough.
by the end of back if you include deadlifts you should nt be able to do the isolation crap for bi ceps. i prefer to train a body part a day but i know some people have time constrains so this aint possible.
