Can I get away with doing NO cardio and staying lean *under 10%" on a CLEAN high caloric diet and training hard and heavy for 5-6 days a week? It's about 3500 clean cals with a couple cheats. Esp. if I carb cycle on the weekends, meaning I take in less than 200 on sat and sun and 400 m-f? just curious if you guys do it.....also on hrt dose of 200mg, but I since upped it to 300..........
