at the risk of sounding like a cage fighter i believe derek is using the wrong knuckles with his punches. his index and middle finger knuckles should have the scrapes, not his little ones. he was obviously just punching the bag and since it was the first time scraped it up badly, since he doesnt wrap his hands or use gloves. i would say derek's fighting experience = zero
