meal for meal it's fine....what are the final macros?  it's good to incorporate different foods, get some fruits and grains in there other than oats......but if you like the mundane diet, do it upp!

You need to eat a variety of foods over a 7 or 14 day period.

Get some whole wheat pasta, some yams and some quorn in there for carb sources.

Then make sure to get plenty of healthy fats: olive oil, flax seed oil, grinded flax seeds (these could be put in a smoothie or in some yoghurt)

Also nuts: Walnuts and Hazelnuts.

Berries and fruits such as oranges.

Vegetables: broccoli, spinach, pepper, tomatoes...

The more you mix it up, the better you will function.

Ok guys my stats is 5'6 205lbs....I was 223lbs last yr Dec but dropped about 10kgs...I'm preparing for my bodybuilding show this Jan 08...I wanna still keep an off-season diet, a clean one of course and prolly drop down to another 5kgs by mid june or july. i also do cardio 4times a week for 20min, so that I dun need to worry about puttin unneccessary weight. so it will be easier for me to strip to 75kgs( Competition weight). I'm taking this whole process slowly as I've seen my mates being stupid and arrogant when it comes to preparing for a show...I will also be goin on testo enanthate for 10weeks...250mg/week but I'm unsure if i should go on it after I've brought my weight to 85...or use it now and bring my cardio to 30mins 4 times a week...Testo works well for me, but at the same time it bloats out due to water retention...so what I'm doin is by doin cardio i wanna get rid of the water and keep the muscles....I need ur advice guys...pls make changes to this plan. Many thanks. Oh its my first show after 8yrs of training so I wanna put a gd fight...thanks again guys :)
