We know it isn't anything new but people can't seem to understand that it works.
You reason nice and well, and you also seem to eat a pretty balanced diet, void of any fast food and lots of healthy food choices.
The thing is that Abeles has claimed that he has developed a formula that he uses to exactly determine, down to the very calorie, the daily caloric expenditure.
Another claim of his is that you can eat whatever you want, it makes no difference. That you could get cut on a beer-only diet.
He also claims he's got some "principles".
I am not going to attach any of Abeles' claims to you, but I think you should be aware of what he's stated in the past.
You seem to eat a balanced diet. Keep on doing your thing.
A serious question though: Why not call it "Buttsuck Principles"? It is, after all, your own idea of how to eat correctly.
