Yep.

Buttsuck has a pretty solid diet going IMO.

He could go for a bit more un-refined carbs and more organic foods as a whole, but it looks solid.

Post workout he could go hit some white bread and jelly sandwiches with skimmed milk and whatnot.

Also could add some olive oil to his diet, and a bit of nuts, hazel and walnuts.

But overall, looks pretty good.

Agreed but are you saying you can't get atleast 90 grams of protien out of a couple of big macs, some milk, and cookies? I assure you that you can.

I agree with you.... I eat healthy and consume about 120-150 grams of protein per day.... anything over that is overboard in my opinion...... and  I have realized that you grow the same with shakes or without

i wasn't posting because i was at the gym, dingus. while you were on here posting my old pic (by the way, the captions you put on were genuinely hilarious, i laughed my ass off at "ducky"  ;D ) i was warming up on the bench with more than you squat. you know, working out and such as opposed to sitting around posting.

I can work out twice a day on 900 calories and still work up more burned calories then you can. Infact id be willing to bet money i burn more calories typing on getbig then you do in your entire work out.
