Guys i currently use met-rx 'extreme size up' (and no i didnt get it for the name b4 some of u say anything), it was great value for money and i got £20 off.
I get 80 grams carbs, 54grams protein, 3 grams creatine and 3grams glutamine per serving (one a day).
I am either thinking of getting a cheaper shake (weiders 'builder' shake is £10 for 32 grams protein & 18 grams carbs) to add to breakfast and lunch.
OR im thinking of getting creatine. My choices in this department are 'creapure' creatine....500gram tubb for £16....OR 'pro lab' creatine monohydrate 2x 300gram tubbs for £20.
Obviously paying £4 more for an extra 100grams is good, so that put the pro lab ahead i guess.
So wandering wether to get the cheaper protein/carb shake to take wi brekkie and lunch OR get sum creatine?

What ever i choose il also be taking the met-rx shake (i like this one).
My only concern is that the met-rx shake has 3grams creatine already in it, only taken once a day tho, do u think my getting an outright creatine shake will mean im then taking too much creatine??
