It works fine in energy as a calorie will ALWAYS be a calorie no matter what.

I didn`t realize you were so ignorant Hedgehog and that everything had to be layed out for you. I guess I made the mistake of assuming you were smarter than your average 7th grader. You should have warned me.

I will assume that the majority of you are ignorant in all areas. Perhaps that will help your understanding of simple concepts.

I find it amusing that alot of you know nothing and have learned nothing. Perhaps the lot of you simply did not retain anything.

I did tell AG2 that perhaps Adonis is on to something, and we agreed that everyone would probably get worked up when they found out I was trying to apply his principles...but my purpose of this thread was not to get people worked up. I really do want to learn.

One of the reaosns the Adonis Principels makes sense to me is because Nasser El Sonbaty himself said that many days int he offseason he only eats about 100g of protein per day, and that you dont need to eat big to get big.

Actually, he's a fully qualified FCE. Got his degree just this year.
