I just don't understand a few things about jay.... why is he eating outside of the gym when he lives nearby?

Why does he go to a tanning salon when he has a tanning bed at home?

Why does he go to the gym to do cardio at 2am when he has cardio equipment at home???

I remember driving and forgetting where I was going. I had to prepare meals ahead of time or I'd space and not eat.

I got so hungry the last weeks, I was driving home and started crying for no reason.

Also, I never wanted to be at home, sitting. I would go to bookstores, tanning salons, anywhere to be moving and feel a little bit normal. Sitting around waiting to do another 40 mins of cardio and eat some more broccoli and chicken is no way to live.

Funny thing is, I'm the exact opposite...when I'm low carbin it...I don't want to move, or go out, or see anyone, I become a hermit before a show.  I'd love to have a stepmill in my garage
