Santa Claus season

Guys i would like to know what are the best ways to prevent injuries during winter? I come from a tropical Asian country and I'm currently studyin in Australia...and winter is approaching soon...any advice guys? ???

Australie doesn't have cold winters, nothing to worry about. Temperature is about 15 degrees celsius. Just make sure to wear a big sweater or decent jack if you're outside.
