dude looks better than half the field today...let him train how he wants...dude almost won the arnold doin shit like that..i wouldnt do it,but it works for him...

He must have amazing genetics/be taking unbelievable amounts of gear.

Basically his chest workout consisted of 2 warm up sets on each excercise with sloppy but decent form.

And then 2 sets of absolute garbage, partials moving the weight about 1 inch and cheating his ass off. You wonder how he tore his arm and lat. ::)

Branch's training is ridiculous, half repping shit all the way. He's pretty strong though,but if he use proper form the weight he used would be alot lower.
His training partner is an idiot; throwing stuff around, yelling profanities and trying to use the same weight as Branch, which he can't.His ego is even bigger than his 'roid stack. Stupid juice-monkey. Jay Moore sucks. Period.
