He probably needs to do more board work, then he'll get the lockout.

He's got a pretty athletic build IMO, he's a fcuking tank considering what he looked like back in the MM days, and I gotta say that his transformation is one of the most impressive.

Never saw that coming.

265 lbs, and not a FPOS either.

Gates: Great job. Keep it up.

BTW, you should really try lift according to the USAPL/IPF rules, considering that's the biggest organisation and also got the most stringent testing, if you want to compete natural that is.

funny you say that, hedge. i scrapped my equipment. i got sick of how perfectly sized it all had to be in order to get anything out of it. i respect the hell outta guys that lift APF/IPA/WPO but i don't think it's for me any more. i've gotten 365 raw touch and go, 350 with an irrefutable pause, i think i'll stick raw lifting for a while (especially since i'm trying to lose weight).

am i fat? hell yeah, i've never said otherwise.
