hard to say. one has eaten too many pizzas and is afraid to diet down. the other is former anorexic who after 8 years of training is starting to resemble a regular guy who looks like he never lifted weights.

You don't take suppliments now, but have you ever taken them or hormones? Also, how tall are you? No disrespect intended, just curious. Hormones or not, you got a good build going there, keep up the good work.

My height is 171cm,same as Hide.

My growth explode since i started Chi-kung at 2000-2001(I cant remember very well.).
Since i started Chi-kung,I experienced drastical change in my body. And one idea came to my mind.
"Why dont use it to BBing.."
Then I keep on training like this.
I have a philosophy."Our deep conciousness dominate everything.If we know how to controle it,there is not impossible thing.".

Very cool man. You have great size for someone who has been clean as long as you have. I wouldn't mind hearing you elaborate on your philosophy.
