I never see anyone train properly anymore
every guy in the gym "over lifts"! they get maybe 2 shaky reps in and then spotter does the rest of the work...typical monday night (chest day) at most gyms.
every fucking guy loads up the bar with their max weight, barely bends their knees 3 or 4 times, this is what passes for a set of squat these days.
Vince Basille once wrote that he say Surge train chest. He said that he never went over 2 plates, he just did set after set after set for a very long time...no need for a spotter..no ego lifting
