Even as a complete beginner, I'm more conditioned now than I have ever been -- even while playing sports: soccer, baseball and basketball.
Those sports require NOTHING compared to the level of conditioning required in bbing. Nothing.
...that is, unless you're a weekend warrior or casual lifter.
and you re a 24/7/365 warrior and regular lifter...so what, does it makes you an "athlete"? no, cause your achievements cant be judged , there s no "sport" for what you re doing , nothing to compare/judge your body....and if u entered a contest you would be dead last cause you dont have the genetics and pleasing lines...So please stop refering yourself as an athlete or a "true" warrior...you re just a guy who s more obsessed with his body and insecruties than the "casual lifter" you were refering to.
Sports are about judging a PERFORMANCE, not a physique...
There are rules to folow, markers on the ground, you can actually JUDGE/see the perfomance being accomplished and rate it with universal and unilateral rules.
Again, posing on stage with a litle pink tong covering a ridicuously small dick and shrinking balls showing off muscles is a gay occupation, period.
Lifting weights to build a more muscular physique ,eat healthy, to impress people when showing off and feel good about yourself is not a performance, its a way of life, something much more deeper than just being rated after your scored a shot playing basketball for example.
You dont need to label it as a sport to make it more respectable... there s nothing to justify.
Lifting weights to build a muscular physique is in my book respectable ,whatever the results and your genetics, as long as you know why you re doing it and before it becomes an obssessive behavior due to a major insecurity (whatever it is).
Some people try to perfect their mind learning philosophy and other stuff, we try to perfect our physiques lifting weights, that's as simple as that, no need to compare our physiques to each others posing in thongs...
In fact i think the guy who feel the need to pose on stage compared to others people, the guy who takes it too far, and considers himself as an athlete, is the most insecure of em all.
