EVERY VIDEO from its time is impressive,dorians training was freaky as well,i don't buy or watch ,i'll watch you tube clips of them tho,coleman manhandling those 200's is unbelieavable to look at ,how do u even get those up and imagine spotting some forced reps.your traps will grow from the doing partial up right rows to spot him.

well opinions aside,dorian most likely had hard abs under all those layers,he trained fully clothed most time anyway.he looked massive in those cutoff sweatshirts.the only difference i see and i never tried to elbow,wrist wrap that big pros do like dorian , i guess it keeps the strain on those heavy lifts,coleman never seems to use other than knee wraps.

WELL belt and knee wraps i knew,i could care less i don't buy vids,but in the 200 lb press he seemed not loaded up on all extras to help,dude is strong.squat suit i could see he was pulling 800 lbs squats .

Two movies that changed my life were Jaws and The Unbelievable. Jaws because I was raised on the water. Amityville is the next town over from my home town. Both scared me to death! One monster shark eating little kids. And then theres Ronnie Coleman lifting all that weight. I've never bought another muscle magazine ever again. Everytime I watch Ronnie's vids I still cannot believe what he was capable of doing?!

Jaws is the first movie i remember seeing in a theater, it was 1975, i was 3.

I agree with many of the post here about Blood and Guts. It's a great tape.  I have always wanted to see real training and not some staged BS.  Here's one I bet a lot of you haven't seen that's all the way hard core.  It's "To the Extreme" by Shawn Ray.  It's real training and it shows how hard he trained.  He states on the tape that he doesn't consider himself the strongest bodybuilder but he still lifts some impressive weights.  500lbs rock bottom squats and repping out in the bench with 315lbs after doing 4 sets of dumbbell inclines. 

Nothing is worse than ordering a training film and see a pro doing demonstrations of exercises.  What's worse than that is a real training tape where the "champ" is using light weights.  One tape I have it shows two champs working out two weeks prior to the Olympia using 70lbs in tricep pushdowns. I know from diet your weak but if you weigh 260lbs your showing the muscles are just for show.
