Hi huys, I'm new to the board and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. i think i pulled something in my back doing chest last wed. and before you ask no it wasnt because i have bad form. lol. it was actually putting the dumbell back in the rack.Any way, i did back yesterday and while i was doing dumbell rows with what for me was just a stupid amount of weight i re-injured it. the pain is much worse and im leaving for vacation this sat. anyone have any ideas on how long this will take to heal up and when i can hit the gym again. i relly hate taking time off.
