man my muscles feel blasted!!!

so tuesday i worked my chest. for chest i did flat bench press, incline bench press, incline dumbell press, flat dumbell press, flat and incline db flyes. i did 3 sets of each totaling 18 sets, 15 seconds rest between sets,45 seconds between exercises. i've woke up every day this week and my chest just feel blasted. i still feel like i just left the gym man its great!!! i did the same thing for my arms yesterday and holy hell its awesome. think i'm gonna apply this method to all my training for a while and see how it goes. i hope the growth is as good as the feeling man.
