What would you have done.  You wake up, have a damn good breakfast, oats n eggs, some cafe to get rollin' a get ready for the gym....done eating bout 9am.  10:00 rolls around and you hop in the car/truck etc. and head to the gym which is about 20 minutes away.  Get onto the highway, and BANG a traffic jam like you've never seen.  Long story shot, I pull into the gym parking lot (only the first friggn exit) and it's 12:45pm!!!!!!!!  Now you got ardio and to train, meaning you wont get home until 3:30 at the earliest.

Do you train, even though there would be 6-7 hours between the two meals?

Do you find a convience store and pick up a junk bar, or shitty sandwhich and wait another 1/2 hour or so?

Do you drink you pw shake now, sit around and then train and do cardio?

Or do you say fit and just go home?

I did number one....so right now, it's 5pm and I've had a bowl of steamed veggies, a 1/2 cup of oats, 50g of protein, a cytogain shake and a cup of egg whites for the whole frickn day....with one meal left.......or two counting prebed shake.  Do you just keep eating to get in all your cals?  Sorry, but I was pissssssed!

If your hittin cytogainer.... your offseason. Eat when your hungry. And dont forget to dirty it up a little. Switch the Cytogainer to Pure Vitargo. It will be cheaper and more  effective

I just bought two tubs of it and what does that have to do with anything???  I know some use it on a cut.....I've heard some nasty things on other boards about virtago and liver enzymes......from doctors who tested patients before and after use.....no joke.  I have virtago too, but cyto just came......its the best pw out there inmo......Ive studies em all......complex carbs, low sugar, low fats, high protein and bcaass.....so what do you do?  train?

You workout, go about your day as usual and not stress out about it.
One workout/day like that won't hurt your endeavors.
Just don't make a habit out of it (I know it wasn't your fault), and you won't even know anything happened.
Usually, if at all, the next day I'll be a bit weaker in the gym due to lack of calories. You shouldn't have any problem.

Maybe your taking it too seriously...training is supposed to be fun in a brutal way..not omg  I am going to die if i miss my post workout shake

Well if your that anal all you had to do was get a ABB protein drink and sip it through your workout, then you could have slammed in some carbs after your workout. ley off the mercury mad hater

i trian in my garage - chest, arm, and shoulder days.  you can get a ton done during a 60-75 minute workout, and no drive time

Lugar seems to obsess about a lot of things when in reality the guy has the world by the balls, he's thin and lean, he has some muscle and is really lean and could get away with eating shit that i can only dream of right now, pizza, cheeseburgers, ice cream, pasta, candy, if i was him i'd be eating all that stuff he complains about not being able to put on weight but i gaurantee if he ate some tasty high calorie food he'd grow like a weed.

the only one who understood my problem....had nothing to do with anything else except a shitty session from going hypo..I wasnt worried in the least, just felt lioke sit and still do....

unless you are getting paid from bodybuilding I wouldn't worry too much about it


oddly enough I am eating more regular food, seldom drink protein shakes, cut back on all the BS supplements and haven't noticed any difference

Next time think ahead and prepare and take your meal(s) foods more important than training, you can miss a day of training but you can't miss meals!
